It is Christmas time and I am delighted to spread some Christmas cheer! The excitement is all around us! Hope you have completed your shopping. Or maybe you are still wrapping your gifts. No matter what, take the pressure off-it’s Christmas time! A special time to take all in the amazing Gift God gave the world in His Son. A time to slow down to enjoy our families and loved ones. A time to create invigorating new memories that will fuel our lives for a long haul. A time to say, “Thank You” to God for being selfless and giving humanity the best Gift ever! That Gift is no longer a baby in the manger. Today, He is the Savior of the world.  He is the perfect Guide of life. He is the genius Teacher of all ages! This is Christmas!

As I celebrate Christmas, I am counting my blessings in you! Your bravery, your journey to wellness and your growth. It has been an honor serving you this year. I have loved getting to know many of you, your story and your journey. I am excited for you! Keep making wellness a top priority in your life.

We are hearing and seeing a surge in the new omicron variant. So, please, take good care of yourself. Do whatever it takes for you to stay healthy for you and your loved ones. You are worth it!
