Howdy Friends! It feels like Christmas.....what does that mean? A time our world is accustomed to the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ's birth. This is what is happening and I am beyond thrilled that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ is being heralded as Healer! Deliverer! Restorer! Hope Giver! Where are all these taking place? I am thrilled that people are reading, reflecting, seeking God, praying, and finding answers in the Word of God. I am humbled by the faithfulness of God. Indeed God does all things well. He specializes in giving beauty for ashes (Isaiah 61:3). That is the delight of our Creator - the one who knows us too well. So, no matter what loss we might have had, He the Creator is a Masterful Restorer. We were meant to need Him to put us back as He created and designed each one. Most of you have heard the news! Monday, March 11 is the launch of Crushed to Restored: Principles of Restoration from the Book of Nehemiah! This has been a busy week for our family as we prepare for the book launch. I am deeply grateful to everyone for their love and support. I know it is God doing what He does best - expressing His heart and love through His people. So thank you! When the publisher gave the news of the launch date as March 11, I was elated because it is exactly one day after my husband’s birthday. As our daughters received the news of the launch date, they were also excited that the celebration would continue in the Obamehinti Tribe! Those that know us well, know we love celebrating the goodness of God no matter the occasion. It’s our way of showing appreciation to God. So, on that note, Happy Birthday to my incredible husband of 29 years! I am so very proud of the man of God that you are. Thank you for leading, not just our nuclear family in the way of the Lord, but your extended family, and your teams both professionally and at Oasis Focus Inc. Your pioneering example of living for Jesus Christ has borne great fruit in the lives of so many. From myself, to our daughters, to past classmates, to siblings, to extended members, co-workers, friends, mentees and strangers alike. It is such an honor and joy that we get to enjoy life together. Drum roll.........March 11 is the official launch date for "Crushed to Restored: Principles of Restoration from the Book of Nehemiah", my new book that took over a decade to complete! I'm ecstatically thrilled for the message of hope and healing in Christ Jesus that is getting ready to rescue souls that have been in torment for years in the clutches of darkness. I am a witness to the healing and wholeness that Jesus Christ freely gives and the healing power of the Word of God. Our lives many times is like thousand pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, and only God, the Creator, knows how to put every piece of it together to make the beautiful, completed puzzle He had in mind when He formed each one of us in our mother’s womb. God has a special design of putting each of the pieces of the puzzle of our lives together beautifully. I'm grateful for everyone that has worked tirelessly with me on this. It does indeed take a dedicated team to bring a vision to life - from the publisher, to the designer, to all contributors, praying friends and my incredible family. Thank you to all!
