In a 2025 article by Havard Business Review (HBR) in its collective on emotional intelligence, the article asserted that a collection of virtuosos does not usually make a virtuosic team. Similarly, in the Havard Business Review (HBR) collective on collaborations, a recent article explores how the labor of leadership mandates collaboration and engagement to ensure agency for the entire team and organization. When agency is low, or non-existent, restoring that is essential.
 
In this episode of Points of Leadership, we examine the final growth points in our series.
