Points of Leadership is all about equipping leaders in maximizing their leadership for the people they lead. 

Purpose though divinely assigned, requires a personal responsibility to unpack, unearth and live out. Everyone as an image bearer of God possess a myriad of gifts, talents, and possibilities, yet only a few embark on the grueling journey it takes to discover and live purposefully. A study conducted by the National Library of Medicine in 2010, suggest there are a variety of factors that inhibit people from discovering their purpose- one being self-esteem. This is central to every area of one's life. From taking responsibility for personal development, to competency, self-love and motivation to mention a few according to the 2010 study.  

Dr. John Maxwell has studied, taught and lived out leadership for over five decades. In this episode, we dive into the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth with a look at the law of the mirror.  We cover the general premise that a person has to value himself or herself before he or she can add value to themselves and others.  As Dr. John Maxwell states, "growth doesn't just happen." And when a leader grows in his or her leadership, everyone connected to that leader is impacted for the best.
